Former Attorney General of Louisiana Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) are investigating the proposed sale of Olympic Bancorp, Inc. to Heritage Financial Corporation (“the “Company”) (NasdaqGS: HFWA).
