Spokane Regional Emergency Communications (SREC) in Washington, has signed a contract with National Public Safety Group (NPSG) to provide consulting services for their Law Enforcement Records Management System (RMS) and Mobile Field Reporting (MFR) replacement project. This new agreement continues a nearly four-year-old partnership that began with NPSG’s support of SREC’s Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) project. Both public safety software projects aim to increase officer, first responder, and public safety for Spokane County’s population of more than 550,000.

Snohomish County 911 (SNO911) in Washington has successfully completed a comprehensive assessment with National Public Safety Group (NPSG) to support the agency’s current and future public safety software needs. This important project included a Needs Assessment, Current System Evaluation, Market Analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis and Risk Assessment, culminating in a final report that establishes a detailed framework and research-driven roadmap to guide the agency’s future public safety software decisions and ensure long-term success with their technology.

The Stockton Fire Department and Stockton Police Department, California, have awarded National Public Safety Group (NPSG) a contract to support a public safety software modernization project which will strengthen emergency response capabilities and enhance safety for Stockton’s approximately 340,000 residents.

Snohomish County 911 (SNO911) has awarded National Public Safety Group (NPSG) a contract for a large-scale public safety technology needs assessment. This partnership will help SNO911 evaluate and enhance mission-critical Public Safety software solutions (CAD, RMS, JMS, EHR, and Mobile solutions) across its 43-agency consortium.
