Under new ownership, DPP has been officially integrated and rebranded as “Elton USA”. Elton Manufacturing Expands into the US with Acquisition of Decatur Plastic Products
Elton Manufacturing, a leading supplier of weatherstripping and windows for garage doors and entry doors in North America, is pleased to announce its acquisition of the assets of Decatur Plastic Products (DPP) in North Vernon, Indiana. Elton will uphold its brand identity by operating in the US as “Elton USA”. Gary Riley Jr., current Vice President of Operations and a long-time shareholder of DPP, has assumed the position of President of Elton USA.
