Mooka Announces Development of AI-Assisted Software to Revolutionize eBay Store Management – and Beyond

Salt Lake City, UT - May 20, 2025 - Mooka, a rising leader in eCommerce automation, is currently developing a new AI-assisted platform designed to help online sellers operate, optimize, and scale their eBay stores with greater efficiency and less risk. By combining cutting-edge automation with deep analytics and compliance protection, Mooka aims to transform how entrepreneurs manage online storefronts—not only on eBay, but across all major marketplaces.

Currently in beta with a group of early testers, Mooka’s upcoming platform will empower sellers with end-to-end infrastructure that automates manual tasks, flags potential policy violations, and delivers clear, real-time profitability insights. The result: sellers can focus more on growth, and less on operational stress.

“Our vision is to build the modern operating system for online sellers,” said Brian Annen, Founder and CEO of Mooka. “We’re creating a platform that helps entrepreneurs deeply understand their numbers, streamline their operations, and scale smarter—first on eBay, and soon across every major ecommerce marketplace.”

Solving the Complexity of Online Selling

Running an eBay store—or any online storefront—has become increasingly complex. Sellers are expected to juggle inventory sourcing, order fulfillment, returns, customer support, pricing strategy, and more. On top of that, platforms like eBay enforce strict listing and compliance standards that can result in account flags, takedowns, or even suspensions.

Mooka is designing a platform that directly addresses these challenges with:

  • AI-Powered Listing Optimization – AI-generated titles, descriptions, and images tailored to boost search visibility and reduce IP violations.
  • Compliance Automation – Real-time scans for high-risk keywords, trademarks, and image violations using proprietary machine learning.
  • Profit Tracking & Insights – Full visibility into margins, costs, fees, and ROI—calculated down to the order level.
  • Multi-Store Dashboard – A single, easy-to-use interface where sellers can manage multiple eBay stores with tailored settings and reports.

More Than Automation—Intelligent Infrastructure

Unlike basic dropshipping tools, Mooka is focused on developing true intelligence. The platform will combine automation and AI to help sellers not just run their business—but optimize it. Mooka’s forward-looking features will include:

  • Automated daily, weekly, and monthly profit summaries
  • AI-generated tips to reduce costs and improve listings
  • Smart alerts for policy risks, account flags, or margin erosion
  • Adaptive pricing suggestions and future product performance forecasts

“Our clients want to grow, but growth without clarity is dangerous,” said Annen. “We’re giving them that clarity. They’ll know exactly what’s working, what’s risky, and what to do next—powered by real data.”

Compliance as a Competitive Advantage

As marketplace enforcement becomes more sophisticated, so must the seller’s tools. Mooka is developing a dedicated Compliance Suite designed to keep sellers protected at scale:

  • Image Reprocessing Tool – Automatically detects and alters stock photos to avoid VERO triggers and duplicate content flags.
  • Keyword + Trademark Detection – Scans listings in real time for banned or high-risk terms before they go live.
  • Suspension Predictor – Uses historical and real-time data to anticipate risk patterns before they lead to account penalties.
  • “Do Not Relist” Protection – Prevents repeat policy violations by tagging high-risk products and blocking reuploads.

Mooka is building these tools not just as a safety net, but as a performance enhancer—helping sellers stay ahead of policy pitfalls that can threaten long-term growth.

Expanding Beyond eBay: Multi-Platform Support

While the current focus is on the eBay ecosystem, Mooka’s long-term vision is significantly broader. The company is actively building its infrastructure to support additional marketplaces including:

  • Etsy
  • Amazon
  • Walmart Marketplace
  • TikTok Shop
  • Whatnot
  • And more to come

Across all these platforms, Mooka’s goal remains the same: to give sellers complete visibility into their numbers, eliminate inefficiencies, and help them scale in a sustainable, compliant way.

“Whether you’re selling vintage crafts on Etsy, tech products on Amazon, or collectibles on Whatnot, the fundamentals are the same,” Annen explained. “You need to understand your true profit, optimize your workflows, and avoid getting shut down. Mooka will support sellers on every major marketplace with the insights and tools to do just that.”

Transparent, Scalable, and Seller-Centric

Mooka is building with transparency in mind. All automation tasks, fees, fulfillment expenses, and performance data will be clearly tracked and available in customizable dashboards. Sellers will be able to:

  • View automated P&L reports
  • Track cash flow trends and ROI by store, product, or platform
  • Set alerts for low margins or unexpected fees
  • Share reports with bookkeepers or investors

For larger operations or managed clients, Mooka will also include automated invoice generation, profit share tracking, and full multi-store management.

Currently in Beta: Early Access Available soon

Mooka is now working with a select group of early users—primarily eBay dropshippers—to test and refine the platform ahead of a full public release. Early access clients are helping shape key features, test compliance tools, and validate performance reporting across real-world scenarios.

A full launch is planned in June 2025, with priority access given to those on the waitlist.
